Excellent idea!,
I must say I was already a big fan of the Vacu Vin jars and containers. I use them for coffee and cereals and just love them.
When I got this one, I was a bit suspicious about its promise. I decided to get it anyway because I could always use it just like a vacuum container for storing food. However, it does a fantastic job on marinating poultry and meat!
Just keep it mind it’s quite big (which is good for larger portions but will take some space of your cupboard)

|Great for the BBQ Season,
I bought this a few months back in preparation for the BBQ season and Im so pleased with it.
It is so easy to use and after 10 mins, release the vacuum and the meat is marinated! Makes life a lot easier as I dont have to store meat in bowls marinading overnight. If we decide to have a BBQ spontaneously, its ok. Used it for beef, chicken, pork and lamb and works well with all of them! Doesnt need a lot of pumps to create the vacuum too.
Definitely highly recommended!
