109 High Street is an end-of-terrace, corner property located to the north of Jubilee Garden at the junction of Eton Court along the west side of the High Street. The existing building is Grade II listed and sits within the Eton Conservation area.
The proposed development is for the construction of a contemporary side and rear extension to the existing heritage asset, providing split level residential accommodation at first and second floor level. The contemporary aesthetic of the extension has been designed to reference key details of the historic buildings along the high street, whilst providing a clearly contrasting appearance.
