Founded in 1982 by Ron Lewandowski, Lewandowski Architects has been led over the past decade by directors Dan Lewandowski and Alex Chapman. The pair head up a team of ambitious and creative architects and designers with a shared vision for great architecture and design. Each individual provides a complementary skill set that allows the practice to tackle every aspect of any project.

Dan and Alex have pursued a strategy of sustainable growth, preferring to build a successful business around a strong core team with the flexibility to draw on an extended pool of trusted designers on a project by project basis. We also pride ourselves on a proactive and collaborative approach when working with other consultants as part of an integrated design team.

We have carefully assembled our team who come with experience working for many of the UK’s top practices including John McAslan + Partners, Walters & Cohen, Design Engine, Hampshire County Council, Broadway Malyan, HNW Architects, Scott Brownrigg and Studio Henley Architects. All of our projects are run from our Eton studio and are director-led, with the support of our team of talented architects and assistants; we thrive on being hands-on, equally adept at working on a micro or macro level. When you appoint Lewandowski Architects, you appoint the individuals who will work on your project and remain available throughout. We believe this is hugely beneficial and enables us to develop strong relationships as well as award-winning buildings.

Combining a design-led approach with pragmatism and attention to detail, with a clear focus on delivery, we enjoy being involved from project inception to completion. Our skills extend to interior design and FF&E specification and delivery.
